The Outstanding Woman in Projects Controls Award is to honor a woman who has achieved success through significant accomplishments in the industry and within Projects Controls Specifically. The candidate shall have chosen a career path that is focused on the advancement of Projects Controls.

Project Controls is a process that encompasses the resources, procedures, and tools for the planning, monitoring, and controlling of all phases of the capital project lifecycle. This includes estimating, cost and schedule management, risk management, change management, earned value progressing, and forecasting.

Entries for the Outstanding Woman in Project Control Award should support their nomination by providing the following information in no more than 1,000 words:

· Name of the person, her full job title, job duration with the company

· Details of project/s worked on during the period for the company

· Evidence of strong project controls ability

· Evidence of managing complexity and overcoming challenges through the use of effective projects control

· Evidence of using innovating project controls (new technology or techniques) in the delivery of the project

· Evidence of overall successful delivery of a project or projects, through the use of effective project controls as per plan, budget and quality
